For our youngest wanderers, mixology is all about the magic of color and texture. We keep things simple, safe, and incredibly engaging.
What they’ll do: Learn to “mix” with juice, use garnishes to create drink art, and master the “gentle stir.”
The Vibe: High-energy, colorful ingredients, and plenty of “fizzy” surprises.
Skill Level: Introduction to flavors and motor skills (pouring and garnishing).
Master Mixers
Teens want a drink that looks as good as it tastes. This session levels up the complexity, focusing on balance, presentation, and the “cool factor” of craft mocktails.
What they’ll do: Master the pro-style cocktail shaker, learn the science of layering liquids by density, and experiment with sophisticated infusions like mint, ginger, or botanical syrups.
The Vibe: “Mocktail Lounge”—relaxed but educational, focusing on the craft and chemistry of a great drink.
Skill Level: Intermediate techniques including muddled fruits and professional garnishing.
